Add 22MILES Space Booking App

• Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
• Click "Manage" and search for "22MILES Space Booking" app.
• Click "Add" to redirect to Zoom Authorization page.
• Login to your Zoom Account.
• Click “Allow” to grant the App to access relevant scope.

Remove the App (Apps in Production)

• Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
• Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the "22MILES Space Booking" app.
• Click the "22MILES Space Booking" app.
• Click Remove.

Remove the App (Apps in Development)

• Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
• Click Manage >> Added Apps and switch to “Apps in Development” tab.
• Click the "22MILES Space Booking" app.
• Click Remove.

Use the App

• Room/Desk/Space booking

  Note: the basic Room/Desk/Space booking requires O365 or GSuite/GCal authentication.

  From the App homepage, select an available room and click ‘’Book this Room”, Enter optional information including meeting name, organizer name, Start / End Time and click “submit”. The App will try to post this booking request to the calendar server and return a response. If success, please move on to the next step. If failed, please try again with another start/end time.

• Invite attendees

  Once successfully booked a room, the user may invite other people to attend the meeting. If any users are remote, a Zoom meeting can be created and associated to this booking.
  The user can enter attendees’ email addresses, or select from employee directory, and click “Submit”.
  Email notification will be sent to all participants including Zoom meeting information.

• Set an organizer

  Whenever a Zoom meeting is selected, one of the emails in the invite list has to be set as “organizer”.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Solution
Unable to book a room	Check whether the scheduled time of the meeting has been occupied.
Unable to notify invited people	Check the attendee’s Email address.
Unable to set the Zoom meeting organizer	Check the organizer’s Email, only company Zoom service accounts can be selected as organizer.
